Nick Cannon hospitalized for blog cots in his lungs and an enlarged heart ventricle last Friday. He’s been released and currently recovering at home with wife and family. His doctors told him to slow down. How many pots in the fire does Nick Cannon have?
Nick is a rapper, comedian, TV show host, radio personality, entrepreneur and record producer – phew. Small wonder he needs to cut back. In a statement Cannon said:
“Under doctor’s orders, I have been asked to cut back on some of my professional commitments to allow my body to get the rest it needs to keep up with the demands of my multitasking schedule.”
Nick’s recent tweets @Nick Cannon:
- A bittersweet morning. I have to stop my radio show. Doctors orders.
- The doctors found blood clots in my lungs and said if I don’t slow down and stop working so hard then it’s a wrap!
- I guess I can’t drive at 200 mph for the whole road trip. Time to put the car on cruise control.
- Even Superman has to sleep.
Today marked his final day at “Rolling with Nick Cannon” on 92.3 NOW FM’s morning drive time radio show. You however continue to hear him on his syndicated weekend radio show, Cannon’s Countdown. Nick will also continue as host for America’s Got Talent, which will shoot later this year.
Nick’s statement:
“I always took a lot of pride in working so hard and never taking a day off. But I’m learning that it isn’t the wisest thing all the time, especially being a new father. Not only wanting to spend more time with my children, but wanting to be there for my children.”
The 31-year-old workaholic is father to twins, Moroccan and Monroe. You know Mariah Carey will step on the brakes and keep her beloved Nick on a more reasonable healthy lifestyle schedule.
