Synopsis: A man threatens to jump off the rooftop of a Manhattan hotel. NYPD call to scene as well as SWAT. A female police psychologist intervenes and tries to talk him down. While a plethora of cops are at suicide scene a huge diamond heist put into play. Are the two connected?
