Once upon a time there was a show on TLC called Jon & Kate Plus 8.
For those of you living under a rock, Jon and Kate Gosselin are parents to twin girls and sextuplets who live in Pennsylvania.
Fame got to their head and the show was cancelled.

There are plenty of other details about these two but I’ll save you the bore.
Fast forward to January 2012. Kate Gosselin will host a cruise in August for Royal Caribbean on their luxurious ship Allure of the Seas.
Say what?
I’ve heard of Kathy Griffin, the Backstreet Boys, and Brett Michaels host a theme cruise, but Kate Gosselin? Have you seen her in action with her diva tantrums? And people aire going to pay a minimum of $1,900 to be in close quarters with this woman? I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again:
Lord have mercy.
People are shelling out anywhere between $1,900-$3,175 for this shindig. Oh, but don’t you worry. Your money will not go to waste. You will get:
- A welcome party with Kate
- Q &A session
- Photo-op
- And the chance to “learn a new craft from the professional herself”
The week-long cruise departs from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Stops in Jamaica, Cozumel, and Haiti. I don’t know if they Gosselin kiddies will be part of the cruise, but I doubt it. The cruise will occur in the middle of hurricane season. I wonder if Kate knows that?
